[TUT] How to set up backtrack on virtual box[TUT]

So..in this tutorial I will learn you how to setup backtrack 4 r2 on virtual box

Firstly download backtrack 4 r2 here : http://www.backtrack-linux.org/downloads/

Here download VirtualBox 3.2.10 for Windows hosts : http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

Now..
Open virtual box and click new..next..Set the name to Backtrack 4
Operating system : Linux
Version : Ubuntu
Next..Base memory let it default..Next
Create new hard disk : Dynamically expanding storage
next and finish..
Click on your machine settings.
General/description/ 
at description type : 
username = root


password = toor

at system you will do something that you might not understand but I will try to explain..
at motherboard you will do these steps : 
1- uncheck floppy
2- Move it down so it can be 3rd after cd/dvd-room and harddisk
3- Select cd/dvd-room and move it down after the Harddisk

Then open storage .. click empty 
slot -> IDE Primary Slave
at cd/dvd device -> open your iso file that you downloaded from linux-backtrack.org
select it and go to network .. then uncheck "Enable Network Adapter"
at adapter 2 check it and set attached to : Bridged Adapter

Then click OK

START THE BACKTRACK MACHINE
Start Backtrack framebuffer.. 800x600 or which one you want

then when the backtrack console opens and you can type..type "startx" without the quotes..
NOW YOU CAN HACK WITH BACKTRACK
